Section 9(i) in U.P. Primary Agricultural Co-Operative Credit Societies Centralised Service Rules, 1976
(i)be responsible for the proper maintenance of account books and records of the Authority and for the correct preparation and timely submission of periodical statements and returns to the Registrar and the State Government as and when required;
