Section 17(2) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(2)The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) shall-(a)exercise general supervision over members of the staff appointed by the Council and shall post and transfer the members of the staff;(b)take such other action, not inconsistent with any decision of the Council, as he may consider necessary for the proper functioning of the Council under this Act.
