Section 41 in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
41. Examination, assessment, evaluation, promotion, etc.
(1)The Administrator shall, on the advice of the Advisory Board, Issue detailed instructions regarding assessment, evaluation and promotion of students from one class to another.(2)Me may also issue instructions for programmed learning and informal system of education.
