Section 24(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)The Director of Research of each University shall be a whole-ti salaried officer of the University shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of [the Recruitment Board] [These words were substituted for the words 'the Selection Committee' by Maharashtra 32 of 2013, Section 6, (w.e.f. 25-10-2013).] constituted under section 58.
