Section 26(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfer) Rules, 2000
(iii)An appeal against any order of the District Level Committee or Regional Level Committee shall lie with Secretary to Government, Education Department within 15 days from the date of receipt of such order.
