Section 79(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)A candidate who has passed SSC/HSSC Examination shall be eligible to appear for examination with one or more subjects to improve his/her performance in the examination provided he/she has passed the examination.
