(1)The [High Court] [Substituted for the words 'Chief Court' by Punjab Act 4 of 1919, Section 2(5).] may by general or special order authorise any [Civil Judge (Senior Division) and Civil Judge (Junior Division)] [Substituted by Haryana Act 16 of 1995.] to take cognizance of, or any District Judge to transfer to a [Civil Judge (Senior Division) and Civil Judge (Junior Division)] [Substituted by Haryana Act 16 of 1995.] under his control, any of the proceedings next hereinafter mentioned or any class of those proceedings specified in such order.
