Section 18(a) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad (Convening of and Procedure At Meetings) Rules, 1958
(a)The Parishad shall have an Executive Committee consisting of - (i) the Adhyaksh of the Parishad, (ii) Upadhayksh of the Parishad, and (iii) seven members of the Parishad elected by the Parishad.
