Section 18 in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad (Convening of and Procedure At Meetings) Rules, 1958
18.
(a)The Parishad shall have an Executive Committee consisting of - (i) the Adhyaksh of the Parishad, (ii) Upadhayksh of the Parishad, and (iii) seven members of the Parishad elected by the Parishad.(b)The Chief Executive Officer of the Parishad or in his absence the Secretary shall be the ex officio Secretary of such Executive Committee.
