Section 17 in Atomic Energy (Radiation Protection) Rules, 2004
17. Prohibition of employment of persons below certain age.-
(1)No person under the age of 18 years shall be employed as a worker.(2)No person under the age of 16 years shall be taken as trainee or employed as an apprentice for radiation work.
