Section 12(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access) Regulations, 2005
(1)A person intending to be a long term Open Access customer shall file an application to the State Transmission Utility with details such as the capacity needed, generation planned or power purchase contracted, point of injection, point of drawal, duration of availing Open Access, peak load, average load and any other additional information that may be required by the State Transmission Utility;
