Section 1 in The Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1979
1. Short title & commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Imposition of Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1979.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of December, 1978.
