Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 1991
1. Short title extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fire [and Emergency Services] [Substituted by 2012 amendment Act (Act no 7 of 2012, section 2 wef 30.05.2012] Act, 1991.(2)It extends to whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint arid different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
