Section 1 in The Tamil Nadu Animals and Birds in Urban Areas (Control and Regulation) Rules, 1997
1. Short title and commencement.
- These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Animals and Birds in Urban Areas (Control and Regulation) Rules, 1997.(2)It shall come into force,-(a)at once in the City of Chennai; and(b)in other urban areas on such dates as the Government may, by notification, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different urban areas.
