Section 76(6)(a) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990

(a)The University shall make rules consistent with the provisions of the Act and the Statutes providing for the giving of notice to the members of the Selection Committee and the business to be considered at meetings and for keeping of record of the proceedings of the meetings and assessment of candidates.
