Section 6(1) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees Rules, 1990
(1)The requirement of participation in two refresher courses/summer institutes would be suitable relaxed till arrangements for courses/institutes are made. The requirement of Master of Philosophy/Doctor of Philosophy will not apply in the case of Lecturers who were appointed prior to the implementation of the revision of any rules in 1986.
