(2)Where the Commission, either suo motu or on the basis of information received by it, considers it necessary, for reasons to be recorded in writing, may cause an inquiry through inspection or otherwise by such body of experts or as it may deem fit, to satisfy itself that all the mandatory requirements under these regulations are being complied with by the Higher Educational Institution imparting programmes in Open and Distance Learning mode and take appropriate action to get compliance enforced against the erring Higher Educational Institution.Part-VI Miscellaneous
