Section 11 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951

The Council shall ordinarily meet twice preferably in February and September in a calendar year on such date and place as may be fixed by the President, provided that the President -(1)may call a special meeting at any time on 15 days' notice to deal with any urgent matter requiring the attention of the Council,(2)shall call a special meeting on 15 days' notice, if he receives a requisition in writing signed by not less than 10 members and stating the purposes of the meeting other than that mentioned in Rule 6(1)(b) and being a purpose within the scope of the Council's function, for which they desire the meeting to be called.
