- In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires,(a)"Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the State Commission;(b)"High Court" means the High Court of the State;(c)"Member" means a Member of the State Commission, and includes the Chairperson, and a Member of the State Commission;(d)"State Commission" means the State Municipal Regulatory Commission constituted under sub-section (1) of section 263.
