ORAL ORDER
2 17-01-2019The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 30.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1109 of 2017 in the case of Prafful Kumar Mandal & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.
Having regard to the submissions made by the respective parties and the agreement reached in between them, Patna High Court CWJC No.25080 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 3/3 the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 30.11.2017 passed in the case of Prafful Kumar Mandal & Anr. (supra) and the respondents are directed to consider relaxing the age in the event the petitioners are otherwise eligible for appointment as Panchayat Shikshak as a one time measure considering the fact that they have worked under the scheme of the State Government. The said consideration and decision by the respondent-State should be taken within a period of twelve weeks from today.
The present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
