Section 20(1) in Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961
(1)Examination for the grant of certificate of competency as a Boiler Attendant shall be held by the Board at such place and such dates as may be notified by the Secretary of the Board from time to time and in such other manner as the Secretary may desire.
