Section 16(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007
(1)Every person who is granted a licence shall within thirty days of the grant thereof arrange to keep the following as specified by Central Electricity Authority.(a)adequate number of copies of the licence printed;(b)adequate number of maps prepared showing the area of activity or area of supply as specified in the licence;(c)a copy of such licence and maps for public inspection at all reasonable times at his head office, at his local offices (if any) and at the office of every local authority within the area of activity or area of supply as the case may be.
