Section 18(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)After scrutiny of the nominations, a final list shall be prepared (Territorial Constituency-wise) in alphabetical order in Form-11 of persons whose nominations have not been rejected and who have not withdrawn their candidature and displayed it on the Notice Board of the office of the Returning Officer.
