Section 191(a) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(a)standards of a scaffold are : -(i)plumb, where practicable ;(ii)fixed sufficiently close together to secure the stability of such scaffold having regard to all the possible working situations and conditions for the intended use of such scaffold;(iii)spaced, as close as practicable, to ensure safety and stability of such scaffold;
