Section 29(5) in Bihar Shops & Establishments Act, 1953
(5)In any area where there are more Inspecting Officers than one, the State Government may, by notification as aforesaid, declare the powers which such Inspecting Officers shall respectively exercise and the Inspecting Officer to whom the prescribed notices are to he sent.
