40. Bank accounts.
(1)Bank accounts shall be opened in the State Bank of India or any of its subsidiaries or any of the nationalised banks and operated in such a manner as may be authorised by the Director General.(2)All money belonging to the fund shall be deposited promptly into the Bank.
