Section 10(2) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(2)For grant of Certificate to work and Permit to work, -(a)Specimen signature and three recent passport size colour photographs with white background showing the complete face of the applicant. The photograph on the application form shall be attested by the Gazetted Officer;(b)Self-attested copy of certificate as a proof of technical qualifications and experience, prescribed in these rules;(c)Demand draft in support of payment of the fees specified by the State Government for application;(d)Self-attested copy of photo identity proof of the applicant issued by the State or Central Government; and(e)Medical certificate of fitness [see rule 8 of these rules].Note: (a) Candidates are required to produce original certificates as and when asked for, by the Technical Committee';(b)Any document, facts mentioned in application or testimonial found to be incorrect or counterfeit will be dealt accordingly as decided upon by the Technical Committee.
