Section 10 in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
10. Documents to be submitted along with application form.
(1)Application for grant of Licence shall be accompanied with following documents, namely: -(a)Specimen signature and three recent passport size coloured photographs (of proprietor or partners or directors of the firm or company) with white background showing the complete face of the applicant(s). The photograph on the application form shall be attested by the Gazetted Officer;(b)Demand draft in support of payment of fees for application;(c)Solvency certificate;(d)Letter of willingness obtained from Supervisor, Wireman with their full signature with date along with the copy of Permit and SCC;(e)The calibration certificate from accredited laboratory by the State Government(s) or Government of India and proof of possession of the tools and equipment mentioned under column 4 of Schedule-I;(f)Self-attested copy of, -(i)PAN card;(ii)photo identity proof of the applicant(s) issued by the State or Central Government;(iii)utility bill or bank passbook as a proof of address of business;(iv)registered partnership deed (for partnership firm) or Memorandum and Articles of Association issued by the Registrar of Companies (for registered firms or company) and authorization letter (in original) issued to the authorized signatory by the partnership firm or company as the case may be;(v)appointment letter of Supervisors and Workman signed by the contractor with date; and(vi)educational qualification.(g)in case of application for Class 'C' contractor's licence in unemployment category must provide self-declaration of his current state of unemployment;(h)Self-attested cony of 'B' class contractor licence, if applicable;(i)Self-attested copy of work experience, if applicable; and(j)Medical certificate of fitness [see rule 13(3) of these rules](2)For grant of Certificate to work and Permit to work, -(a)Specimen signature and three recent passport size colour photographs with white background showing the complete face of the applicant. The photograph on the application form shall be attested by the Gazetted Officer;(b)Self-attested copy of certificate as a proof of technical qualifications and experience, prescribed in these rules;(c)Demand draft in support of payment of the fees specified by the State Government for application;(d)Self-attested copy of photo identity proof of the applicant issued by the State or Central Government; and(e)Medical certificate of fitness [see rule 8 of these rules].Note: (a) Candidates are required to produce original certificates as and when asked for, by the Technical Committee';(b)Any document, facts mentioned in application or testimonial found to be incorrect or counterfeit will be dealt accordingly as decided upon by the Technical Committee.
