Section 18(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)The travelling allowance of an official member of the State Advisor Committee shall be governed by the rules applicable to him for journey performed by him on official duties and shall be paid by the authority paying his salary.
