(1)There shall be formed to be called the Goshalas Fund and there shall be placed to the credit thereof-(a)all sums received by the Registrar as fees under Section 10 and donations and grants for the management and control of Goshalas; and(b)all sums received or recovered as fines under the provisions of this Act.
