Section 25 in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011

25. Finance Committee.

(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of; namely :-
(a) the Vice Chancellor - Chairman;
(b) the Finance Officer - Secretary;
(c) Principal Secretary/Secretary to the StateGovernment in the Higher Education Department or his nominee notbelow the rank of Deputy Secretary;
(d) such other members as may be prescribed in theStatutes.
(2)The Finance Committee shall be the Principal Financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules, Statutes, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
