Section 11(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Check-Measurement of Works) Rules, 1972
(1)Check-measurement of materials collected on the road side or a street or a group of streets or a ward shall ordinarily be done after the collection on the road or street or group of streets, or ward as the case may be is completed so as to avoid allowing any opportunity to commit fraud.
