Section 78(3) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(3)Each document/certificate/letter issued by the University or its behalf or by anyone relating to the University in an official capacity shall carry a Unique Identification Number which shall be verified, sealed, certified, copied, scanned, stored/archived, numbered, and signed/digitally signed either by the Chancellor or by the Certification cum Verification Officers to be appointed by the Chancellor, specifically for the purpose. The rules regarding the same shall be as per the Rules and Regulations made by the Chancellor.
