Section 16(VIII) in The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) Regulations, 2016
(VIII)Where a trunk is either not sealed or locked properly or is broken, it shall be reported by the Chief Superintendent to the Controller of Examinations and wait for his/her instruction who will pass appropriate instructions forthwith.
