Section 18(2) in Telangana Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987
(2)Any Inspector may,-(a)with such assistance as he thinks fit, enter at any reasonable time any premises for carrying out the provisions of this Act;(b)exercise such other powers as may be prescribed;(c)make such examination and hold such inquiry as may be necessary for ascertaining whether the provisions of this Act, have been and are being complied with;(d)require the production of any prescribed register and any other document in possession of the employer in connection with the sums payable to the Fund.
