Section 4(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the. Official Gazette, establish an Authority by the name of the Gujarat Gas Regulatory Authority with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification.
