Section 25(4) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(4)(a)there shall be a Dean for each Faculty or School who shall be appointed by the Executive Council from among the members of the faculty concerned on the recommendations of the Vice-Chancellor;(b)the terms and conditions of office of the Dean shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
