Section 4(1) in The U.P. Electricity (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Consumption and Use) Order, 1977
(1)All shops and commercial establishments in districts headquarters, KAVAL Towns and in towns having a population of more than 30,000 as specified in Schedule "B" to this Order shall observe the following hours of business, namely :"From 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on all days of the week other than the closed day."
