Section 189(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)The "Chairperson" of Zilla Praja Parishad shall,-(a)exercise administrative control over the Chief Executive Officer for the purposes of implementation of the resolutions of the Zilla Praja Parishad or any Standing Committee thereof;(b)preside over and conduct the meetings of the Zilla Praja Parishad;(c)have full access to all records of the Zilla Praja Parishad.
