Section 1 in The Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955.(2)It extends to the territories which immediately before the first day of November, 1966 were comprised in the erestwhile State of Punjab.] [Substituted by the Punjab Khadi Village Industries Board (Reorganisation) Order, 1969.](3)It shall come into force at once.
