Section 150(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)Where a legacy is given for the maintenance of a legatee, the legacy shall include food, clothing and lodging and, when the legatee is below 18 years of age, it shall also include education, unless otherwise provided in the will.
