150. Legacy for maintenance.
(1)Where a legacy is given for the maintenance of a legatee, the legacy shall include food, clothing and lodging and, when the legatee is below 18 years of age, it shall also include education, unless otherwise provided in the will.(2)The maintenance given for education may be reduced in the event the ability to give or the need to receive, is reduced.
