Section 7(a) in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016
(a)To establish courses of study ,research and to provide instruction and training in such branches of study as the University deems appropriate including medical sciences, dental sciences, nursing, pharmacy, paramedical and allied health sciences, science, engineering and technology, biotechnology, yoga sciences, management, rural development humanities, and other branches of higher education;
