Section 35(3) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(3)Four members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Selection Committee for the posts in the rank of Professor and Reader of the University where at least two expert members shall be present, and three members, of whom one shall be an expert, shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Selection Committee for the posts in the rank of Lecturer of the University.
