121. Register of employment etc..
(1)Every employer shall ensure that at a construction site of a building or other construction work where a excavation or tunneling work is being carried on, a register of employment of building workers carrying out such excavation or tunneling work, is maintained and produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.(2)Periods or work of such excavation or tunneling work, in which such building worker are employed, shall be maintained in a register on day-to-day basis and such register shall be produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
