Although the hearing of this application was concluded some time back but subsequently it appeared to this Court that the copy of the plaint filed in the suit being a relevant document did not form part of the revisional application. Accordingly, the matter was directed to reappear.
Today, the parties produced a copy of the plaint filed in the suit before the learned Court below.
