Section 14(a) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Directions, 1960
(a)Ordinarily not less than 10 per cent of the total area of the land covered by a layout plan relating to the sub-division of land or for the development of any street shall be provided as open spaces for the purpose of children's park or other outdoor recreational use.
