Section 29(2) in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(2)The Committee may by specific resolution carried by the vote of at least two-thirds of its member present at the meeting delegate any of its powers and duties to a subcommittee and may also by a like resolution define the sphere of business of such subcommittee.
