(3)During Quarantine period the animal shall be suitably given identification and marked. Animals shall be examined regularly for any Schedule disease and be vaccinated against the Schedule disease and provided with veterinary treatment, if required. If an animal is vaccinated, the owner of the animal or person duly authorised by him, on his behalf shall be provided with a vaccination certificate as required in Section 9.
