Section 7(1) in Jodhpur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2017
(1)After the scrutiny of memorandum of appeal under Rule 5 and amended under sub-rule (3) of Rule 6 if any. the officer appointed in this behalf by the Tribunal shall endorse thereon the date of presentation and shall register the appeal in register of appeals.
